About

LASALLE College of the Arts is a post-secondary arts institution and is publicly funded. It was founded in 1984. It has two campuses named McNally and Winstedt Campus. Eight art and design schools at LASALLE provide more than 30 undergraduate, graduate, and diploma programmes in modern arts and design education. 

In partnership with Singapore's Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, the publicly financed LASALLE College of the Arts (often known simply as LASALLE) will become a University of the Arts by 2023. 

Goldsmiths College, University of London, recognize the master's and bachelor's degrees offered by LASALLE. All Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA) programs are available in collaboration with Goldsmiths College and the University of London. 

According to a Nielsen survey, 90% of LASALLE graduates have jobs today. Many influential figures in the Singaporean arts community have ties to LASALLE, including Eugene Tan, Director of the National Gallery Singapore, and Alan Oei, Creative Director of The Substation.

Students

Their student population is approximate 2,500. LASALLE provides qualified students with a variety of scholarships. Students from the Diploma, BA(Hons), and postgraduate programs at LASALLE may also apply for scholarships offered by outside organizations.

Accommodation

In Singapore, there is a large selection of lodging. You can easily rent a room or apartment in a public housing estate or private development based on your needs and budget. 

You can get help starting your search for a home from the Division of Student Administration. They also offer advice on neighbourhoods and connect you with other students looking for roommates.

Ranking

It is ranked top in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development's 2016 rankings of all schools worldwide. It ranks from 151 to 200 by QS World University Ranking by subject and is ranked #3 in Singapore.
