STUDENTS

Over 12,000 students are a part of Wageningen University and Research. There is an uncommon balance between undergraduate and graduate students at about 6,000. These students include more than 4,000 international students from more than 100 countries worldwide.

Wageningen has a diverse and vibrant student life with many study and student associations and organizations that organize many fun and exciting activities. At the University, there are 10 different student associations with around 3500 members. Each of them has its character. SCB (Sports Centre de Bongerd) is the sports centre for staff and students of Wageningen University & Research. Here everyone is welcomed, from beginners to accomplished and active athletes. Students here come to have fun, push their fitness boundaries, work on their endurance and health, and enhance their athletic performance. Here students can try many sports like swimming, basketball, tennis and many more.

ACCOMMODATION

The University does not offer on-campus accommodations, so you must find an appropriate residence. The administration does offer a guide to facilitate you in search of an off-campus residence. The leading student housing provider in Wageningen is Idealis which offers housing via ROOM.nl.
