To apply for a Business Visa, you must first have your nomination approved by a UAE government-supported incubator. The current government-supported incubators are AREA2071 in Dubai and HUB71 in Abu Dhabi.

The relevant authorities will invite you to apply for a visa thru the Federal Authority for Citizenship, Identity, Customs and Ports Security once your nomination has been approved.

After receiving the visa, the applicant is permitted to enter the country. Then the visa holder can stay for six months with a multiple-entry visa to expedite the business establishment procedures.

Or you can directly do it through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Ports Security. You may nominate a maximum of three of the business's senior staff to obtain residency.
