Extension for this type of visa beyond your course duration is unusual. However, exceptional circumstances could lead to an extension.
Work
Non-EEA students may work up to 20 hours per week during term time. But Non-EEA students may work up to 40 hours per week during regular college holiday periods.

You can study for a course longer than three months with this visa.
Business
You cannot conduct business or be self-employed.
