The visa is valid for an indefinite amount of time. But you are required to spend at least 90 days per year in the country.

Apart from the investment, you are required to pay a visa fee. The residency permit through investment can cost 180 EUR.
The residence permit can be extended and can even lead to citizenship. However, citizenship is not that easy. You have to wait up to 20 years in the country to gain citizenship.
