Residence by Investment Mauritius

About

Being known for its multicultural aspects, tropical environment, and consistent economic growth in the past many decades, Mauritius is a desirable place for business holders and investors. Because Mauritius is an island country in the Indian Ocean, it's a dream place to live in. Most importantly, its dynamic economy, attractive tax regimes, huge net worth individuals, and amazing business landscapes make it a centre of attraction.

Residence by investment in Mauritius is entirely different from a regular work permit for Mauritius and is beneficial for foreign individuals in many ways as they can enjoy the lifestyle of native people with some additional advantages of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) citizens. Mauritian residence by investment ranks 10th among the 24 Global Residence Program Index.

Eligibility

Foreign individuals are eligible for this residence permit if they invest USD 375,000 or an equivalent, in freely convertible currency. • The integrated resort scheme - IRS
  • The real estate scheme - RES
