Visitor Visa New Zealand

About

You can come to visit New Zealand on a Visitor Visa. While you are here, you can enjoy New Zealand's scenery, adventure, culture, and friendly people.

You need to apply for entry permission after arriving in New Zealand. You can do this by filling out an arrival card on your flight to New Zealand. Before your visa expires, you must depart New Zealand.

If you're travelling in and out of New Zealand, you'll need a valid multiple-entry travel condition to return.

Condition for Onward Travel
If your letter or visa label states explicitly that "Return/Onward travel is not required," you must have one of the following documents:

  • A suitable sponsor who can cover the cost of your flight from New Zealand to a country you can enter.
  • Ticket to a country that you can visit.

  • able to pay your own health care costs.
