Linköping University (or Linköpings Universitet, LiU) is a public research institute in Sweden, initially established during the late 1960s. Later, it was upgraded to the university level in 1975. This institute has created a reputation during the past 40 years through the brilliance of its academic programs.
LiU has four campuses in three cities. These are Campus Valla and Campus US in Linköping, Campus Lidingö in Stockholm, and Campus Norrköping in Norrköping. A campus bus is available for students, which charges no fee. It connects the Norrköping and Linköping campuses.
The university provides quality education in four faculties, including Arts, Health, Educational Sciences, and Technology. It is focused on bringing knowledge from different faculties and striving for results. Under these faculties, they have ten departments.
