Scale-up Visa United Kingdom

About

The Scale-up visa is a new immigration method that will become available on August 22, 2022. It is intended for eligible UK firms with the potential for expansion and will make it easier for them to hire qualified foreign workers.

A new points-based pathway for migrant workers hired by a UK scale-up sponsor is termed a scale-up visa. It is intended for those who possess the expertise required to support the sponsor's firm as it expands. With this visa, persons who have a legitimate employment offer at the necessary skill level from the reputable UK scale-up business can be approved for a fast-track visa.
